While we strive to deliver all services promptly and exactly as described, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued and the procedures involved.

1.Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your order was not delivered within the promised delivery time as stated on the specific product/service page.

  • The delivery delay exceeds 72 hours (3 business days) for services advertised with a 72-hour delivery window. If the expected delivery time is longer (e.g. 5-7 days), refunds can be requested only after that period has passed without any service fulfillment.

  • The order was not started and you submitted a cancellation request before processing began.

2.Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The order has been successfully delivered and completed in line with the service description.

  • The order is already in progress or has been queued for delivery.

  • You request a refund after changing your mind, even if the service is partially delivered.

  • Your account experiences issues (such as bans, restrictions, or drops) due to activity unrelated to GlobalFollowers services.

  • You violate our Terms of Service.

3.Order Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation by contacting our support team immediately after placing your order.

  • Cancellations are only possible if your order has not been processed or queued.

  • Once the order is in progress, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

4.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Reach out to us via 24/7 live chat support or email.

  • Provide your Order Number and a clear explanation of your issue.

  • Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

5.Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting GlobalFollowers first will:

  • Result in permanent suspension of your account.

  • Make you ineligible for any future refunds or services.

We highly encourage all users to contact our support team before opening a dispute with their bank or payment provider.

6.Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. GlobalFollowers does not control third-party banking timelines.
